What we do?

1. Conduct a needs assessment: We begin by understanding the needs of your organization. Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify the current policies and procedures in place and to identify areas where new policies or updates are needed.
2. Identify areas of focus: Based on your needs assessment, we identify the areas that require policy development. Common areas of focus include recruitment and hiring, compensation and benefits, employee conduct and performance, and termination and separation.
   
3. Research and benchmark: We research and benchmark policies and procedures from similar organizations to identify best practices and to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Develop policies: We then draft policies based on the identified areas of focus and research. Policies should be clear, concise, and easy to understand. They should also align with the organization's mission, values, and culture.
5. Review and revise: We will review policies with key stakeholders and legal counsel to ensure compliance and to address any concerns or feedback. Revise policies as necessary to ensure they are effective and applicable.
6. Develop an employee handbook: Once policies are finalized, we develop an employee handbook that includes all policies and procedures in one document. The handbook should be easy to navigate, well-organized, and written in plain language.
7. Communicate policies and the handbook: We ensure that all employees understand the policies and procedures by communicating them effectively. This can be done through training sessions, presentations, and distributing the employee handbook.
8. Monitor and update: We continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of policies and procedures. Make updates and revisions as necessary to ensure that they remain effective and aligned with the organization's goals and values. (This is done at a nominal annual fee)
